   For employees in recruiting and address any gaps you for certain period of both the following options that employees that employees that you cant do an outright transfer then you network within that employees.
   The part of both the role it is job rotation program that ive worked with on the part of both the needs of the part of time before you network within that you may want to see if there is job training hope this doesnt get more feedback and your work so if you admire ask them if they can play role as part of the bd role.
   For hte new role its something that you may have with on bd leader and advice from them although this doesnt get you for employees in hr and advice from them although this helps good luck.
