I was wondering how people get their start in the Marketing / Advertising agency field? Living in the Philadelphia market, their are plenty of Marketing agencies but most that have positions open do not want recent college grads with minimal experience. How can a person gain valuable experience to enter into this career choice?

   Try taking a Marketing course. It would give you a good head-start to your Marketing career.
