What companies/organizations are a good place to start an internship for a future marketing major?

I’m currently a junior in high school and I think that I would like to major in marketing/marketing research. What are some good companies to look into for internships? Also, if anyone out there is in the marketing field, could you perhaps describe the pros and cons of your job?
